Individual and Ancestral Healing

One-on-One Sessions ($200)

Challenges we currently face in our mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing often arise within a much larger context: the continuum of our own life as well as the lives of everyone who came before us (and who come after us.) 

Our work together restores the wholeness and sovereignty of your being, which paradoxically cannot be separated from the wellbeing of your family. 

Specifically, in sessions we can tend to the following common spiritual and energetic illnesses found in your present life and/or your ancestral lines:

• Power loss
• Soul loss
• Cords and other energetic entanglements 
• Curses
• Possession by spirits 
• Expired vows, agreements, and commitments that no longer serve you
• Other spiritual/energetic illnesses as identified by the Ancestors/Helping Spirits 

My gift as a medium and psychopomp (guide of lost souls) plays a crucial role in tending to spiritual and energetic illness in your ancestral lines. During our sessions together we can connect with the spirits of family members who have died to support them in their spiritual/energetic wellness and especially to complete their passage into the spirit realm (i.e., to no longer be bound to the physical realm in any way after their death). We can also tend to any aspects of your relationship with deceased family members and friends that may be “unresolved.”

Some deceased family members and friends – after they have fully entered into the spirit realm – may choose to become our guiding Ancestors (with a capital “A”!). These Ancestors fulfill a significant role in our lives – one largely lost to ‘modern’ consciousness. They have fully completed their life-death cycles, meaning that they have learned all the lessons they were meant to learn in their life. This also means that they are a tremendous resource to us – in terms of both wisdom/knowledge and spiritual/emotional/energetic support. 

My wish is that you enter into the fullness of your being and gently restore the wellness of your ancestral lines so that you and your descendants can walk forward in power and joy.

Community Healing Circles ($40)

I facilitate regular Healing Circles both online (Zoom) and in-person in the San Luis Valley in Southern Colorado. Healing Circles are a powerful and accessible way for folks to begin exploring the waters of ancestral and spiritual/energetic healing. We usually meet for 2 hours and I provide specific guidance on the healing journeys that we perform together while I drum or rattle for the group. When I say "journeying" I am referring to a type of active meditation in which our consciousness gains greater access to -- and goes essentially on an adventure in -- the Spirit Realm, and then integrates the learning back into the Physical Realm.  No prior shamanic journeying or related experience is required to participate in the Healing Circles, in fact this is a wonderful way to jump in!
