Client-Practitioner Relationship

• Client-Centered: I support client sovereignty and agency. I maintain that the client’s needs and experiences are of utmost importance. I hold my seat as a practitioner by practicing humility, equanimity, and constant self-tracking.
• Unconditional Positive Regard: I have deep respect for my clients and their experiences. I practice non-judgement and non-discrimination. I see my clients as “whole.” I do not assume that I “know” more than the client.
• Do No Harm: I create spaces that support of the safety of the client and in which potential for harm is minimized. I create spaces in which harm that occurs or arises may be mended.
• Purview: I only practice within the limits of my skills or experience. I refuse sessions with clients that would be outside of this purview and I refer clients to other practitioners as needed. I only perform healing within the parameter(s) of what my client has requested.
• Transparency and Accountability: I am transparent regarding my approach and services, and I share and discuss details regarding the goals and parameters of the healing engagement with the client.
• Informed Consent: I request and require explicit/stated permission/consent of my clients before performing any healing or other activity.
• Confidentiality: I do not share personal information nor any information/experiences that arise within a session with anyone outside of the sacred space or relationship established between the client and myself as practitioner.
• Humor and Play: I incorporate the medicines of humor, fun, and play as appropriate in healing sessions.

Self as Practitioner

• Self-Care and Self-Development: I am committed to constant self-care, healing, growth, and development. I regularly consult with peers and teachers, and I participate in continuing education opportunities. 
• Community Cohesion: I support and maintain harmonious, equitable relationships within my immediate and wider social and professional circles.
• Partnership with the Spirit Realm and Natural World: I am deeply committed to ongoing partnership and exchange with the Spirit Realm and Natural World. My integrity as a practitioner is determined by relying upon the Helping Spirits as the “experts” and following their lead in providing all healings.
• Surrender to the Great Mystery: I continually step into the Great Mystery and offer myself humbly in service to the benefit of all beings everywhere through space and time.
