The last couple weeks I've been on quite a journey tending to my own spiritual+energetic wellness, as well as the wellbeing of my beloveds, Joshua and Saja (the latter is a cat, the former a human/ET.)
My hope is that these episodes reveal to you the MANY creative ways we can tend to our own healing (and/or with the support of a shamanic practitioner) and the healing of our sweet companions.

We have so much to learn from cats! Sarah Sol first briefly shares her experience partnering and merging with Feline Helping Spirits -- a partnership that is crucial to her effectiveness as a shamanic practitioner. Then, Sarah Sol records a guided shamanic journey with her partner Joshua and his cat Saja. The recording is an example of how facilitated animal communication sessions can unfold between the animal and their human. As always, the remedy that is provided in the Spirit Realm for Saja's energetic imbalance is surprising and deeply empowering for both the man and his cat.
