As we begin 2026, are there some signficant changes happening in your life that you feel like you're BARELY managing or coming to terms with?

Alternatively things may be going well, but at the same time you have this subtle, pervasive, anxious feeling that there is "more" that you're missing. That your life could have more meaning, more clarity, more purpose.
These are all symptoms of an ignorant hyper-fixation on aloneness. The vast majority of us in modern culture have fallen victim to the myth that we are individual, separate selves that have to "do something" to "show our value" and "get love."
The reality is that we exist as truly massive continuums of being, never separate from others, always in an exquisitely complex dance of relationship and connection. When we embody the true fullness of our self, we have clarity of purpose and never, ever feel alone.
