Wishing You A New Year of Love (yeah I said it!)

Dec 31, 2025
Connect

I'm sitting here thinking about what I want to wish you all for the close of 2025 and the start of 2026 and it's just LOVE!

I know it's said a lot, but it's just sooooo simple and TRUE: let's love ourselves right now, exactly as we are. That is my sincerest wish for us all, always.

With a big hug, I also am so excited to share a recent podcast interview with a truly amazing healer on exactly this theme (and so much more)....

Enjoy! And I look forward to connecting again in 2026!

Interview with Jennifer Hotchner on Healing as Radical Self-Acceptance and the Union of Spirit and Body

Sarah Sol and beloved spiritual counselor and coach Jennifer Hotchner (https://www.jenniferhotchner.com/) explore the profound themes of healing and the interconnectedness of spirit and body. They discuss the importance of radical self-love, the nature of healing as a journey towards self-acceptance, and the role of spirit in our lives. The dialogue emphasizes the significance of somatic experiences in therapy and the collective consciousness that connects us all. Through personal anecdotes and insights, they highlight the journey of discovering one's true self and the importance of embracing both the individual and collective experiences of being.
