What you'll experience in this workshop 

The Spirit of Horse is a superb ally for retrieving lost Soul Parts.

In this workshop, you will pair up with an actual horse in the Metaphorse herd to perform Soul Retrievals on each others' behalf. 

Both humans and horses can lose Soul Parts due to a myriad of life circumstances, including traumatic events, energetic entanglements, among others. 

This is how the workshop will unfold:

Horses in the Metaphorse herd will select which human they wish to partner with for the workshop.

Then Sarah Sol will guide you on a series of shamanic journeys to connect with the Spirit of Your Horse and partner with them to retrieve each others' lost Soul Parts. 

Over the course of the day we'll spend time in quiet meditation and reflection, guided shamanic journeys (with the support of my drum and rattle), and interacting with the beautiful Metaphorse herd. 

Together let's connect with Spirit of Horse and travel through space and time to recover the fullness of your Being and restore the wellness and sovereignty of your Soul!
