What you'll experience in this workshop
Sarah Sol will guide you on a series of shamanic journeys to connect with your Place of Power, meet the Spirit of Horse, and retrieve a lost Soul Part.
We can lose Soul Parts due to a myriad of life circumstances, including challenging relationships, traumatic events, and energetic entanglements, among others.
I partner with the Spirit of Horse to retrieve the lost Soul Parts of my clients. I would love to introduce you to this simple and profound practice.
During the workshop we'll spend time in quiet meditation and reflection, guided shamanic journeys (with the support of my drum and rattle), and interacting with the beautiful Metaphorse herd.
Together let's connect with Spirit of Horse and travel through space and time to recover the fullness of your Being and restore the wellness and sovereignty of your Soul.
