I love this photo of me and my mom at White Sands National Park in New Mexico SO much.
I literally would not exist if it weren't for my mom and dad. And they wouldn't exist without their parents, and my grandparents wouldn't exist without my great-grandparents, and so it goes forever into our ancestry.
The fact that we exist in relationship to others not only is evidenced by our physical bodies, but also by our spirits. Our consciousness does not exist independently. There is no separate self. We are all One Mind, One Heart, One Body, One Spirit.
For a very long time this was just an idea I had... I believed it to be true, but it has taken years of practice to really KNOW and FEEL that reality in my body. And it is a glorious thing.
When I work with clients, my ability to perceive their spiritual and energetic afflictions is predicated on the FACT that we share a consciousness. If we weren't of one consciousness, how could I possibly perceive their subjective reality? We share our consciousness with every other being around us -- human, animal, plant... everyone.
Within the context of this reality, my wish is that you:
Take full responsibility for your consciousness and how you influence others.
Embody your full power and agency to respond to how others influence you.
Far from being trapped, when we enter into the WEB OF OUR BEING -- our inseparable connection with all other beings -- we live in a power-filled, deeply creative, and liberated state.
Take my hand, I would love to walk with you towards your true freedom.
