There are two primary ways I can support you in this: through tending to the spiritual and energetic quality of of your relationships with either (1) your family (ancestors and descendants), or (2) your animals.
It doesn't matter which path you choose: both humans and animals are our divine mirrors. They reflect our blind spots and reveal to us our areas for healing and growth.
