I didn't get up close and personal with a sandhill crane, but I DID meet a very sweet barn owl, sigghhh...
Bird consciousness is just fascinating. The sandhill cranes are the oldest extant bird species in the world, having lived on this earth for the last 2.5 million years. Can you imagine the collective consciousness they embody!? It truly boggles my mind.
We Are a Web of Being

Why Worthlessness is Bullsh*t
For my podcast I also recently undertook an intense shamanic journey to understand the being of "worthlessness" or "wrongness" more intimately. This is something I grappled with personally for years, and I also commonly see it arise in my clients.
From where does worthlessness/wrongness arise? How does it affect us collectively and individually? And what do we do about it?!
My journey reveals that worthlessness/wrongness is something each of us CREATES in ourselves; it is NOT inherent to our being, nor an absolute aspect of our universe.
