I took a few weeks' haitus on my newsettlers to make an epic transition: my husband and I just moved into a new house! Goodness gracious what a process -- literally out with the old and in with the new.
This new space brings greater responsibility but also greater opportunity for beauty... and isn't that what engaging fully in this precious life is all about?

For All Bodies: It's Time to Retrieve Your Power
The New Moon in Aries on April 17th beings a surge of renewal for the year. New beginnings are finally here!
I recorded a guided meditation on power retrieval this past week (in my new consultation space, eee!).
In shamanic terms, "power" refers to personal agency and will. It's a very real substance that can be lost or left behind -- consciously or unconsciously -- for many, many reasons throughout our lives.
Give this video a listen, and call back into yourself the fullest experience and expression of your power! It's really so incredibly simple when you choose to focus your consciousness on it....just do it! lol.
